What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund or exchange. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We have faith in our well-made products. We have faith in our users and will put them to use and become part of their shining moments. Therefore we decided to offer a 5-year warranty for all our products against manufacture defects or failure while in use. We will try our best to fix it and restore the performance and replace the item once for free if necessary.
What We Do Not Cover
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
Cosmetic wear unrelated to function or safety, such as loose threads, scuffs, or stains.
Accidents that are not caused by the integrity of the product, such as rips and tears caused by animals or sharp objects or burns from fire embers or cigarettes.
